About the Play
A young Marine is dead at Guantanamo Bay, and two enlisted men stand accused of killing him. What begins as a routine case handed to a Navy lawyer far more interested in softball than the courtroom becomes a collision between duty and conscience — between the orders a service member is given and the ones they should refuse. Aaron Sorkin’s courtroom drama is fast, funny, and unrelenting, and it builds to one of the most electrifying confrontations ever written for the American stage.
Bold Theatre is proud to stage this production at the historic Rialto Community Arts Center in Morrilton, in partnership with The Arts Council of Conway County.
